If Nixon... Why Not obama?!? December 30th

I'll Tell Ya Why Not...
    If the current president, "Clown Prince" obama were to be impeached a travesty would occur!  Not that 'the little brown DICTATOR' hasn't earned this dubious honor with his CONSTANT LYING, his FAILURE TO UPHOLD THE PRESIDENTIAL OATH OF OFFICE!! The travesty would not be the fact that said "Clown Prince" would be thrown out on his 'fuzzy, brown ass,' but the individual~by law~that would replace him:
look at the various dunces in line to replace the Dunce-in-Chief, like...

• 1. The vice president: "Hairplug" Joe Biden;
• 2. The Speaker of the House: "Wafflin'" John Boehner;
• 3. The President pro-tem of the Senate: Harry "pick-your-nose-'n'-eat-it" Reid;
• 4. The Secretary of State: John Heinz-Forbes-Heinz-Kerry;
• 5. The Secretary of the Treasury: Jack Lew;
• 6. The Secretary of Defense: Chuck Hagel [or obama "Yes-Man" Ashton Carter];
• 7. The Attorney General: That communist, Eric "The Racist" Holder.

Gawd!! Have ya ever seen a such a gaggle of stooges more unworthy than these idiots?!?
    Now that we've established that an obama impeachment would be a disaster in terms of any hope of saving the country, let's compare the late President Nixon to the current "Clown Prince" Obama.  President Nixon~in hindsight~should have been threatened with a 'slap-on-the-wrist' for the inconsequential crap he~and his 'plumbers'~did and contemplated, while the "Clown Prince" should be sent to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, the country he loves so much.  According to the Nixon Articles of Impeachment, Mr Nixon was charged with [and we'll add comparative statements on obama]:
Article 1: Obstruction of Justice:

• [a] making false or misleading statements;
• {obama: "If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor"}
• [b]withholding relevant and material evidence or information; 
• {obama: attempted obstructions of Rep Trey Gowdy's BENGHAZI investigation}
• [c] approving, condoning, acquiescing in, and counselling witnesses with respect to the giving of false or misleading statements;
• {obama (and Hillary 'Rob em' Clinton): re: BENGHAZI attacks "It was the video"}
• [d] interfering or endeavouring to interfere with the conduct of investigations; 
• {obama: IRS, BENGHAZI, SOLYNDRA, etc} 
• [e] approving, condoning, and acquiescing in, the surreptitious payment of substantial sums of money; 
• {obama: SOLYNDRA and various and several other 'green energy' scams to fund his patrons, supporters}
• [f] endeavouring to misuse the Central Intelligence Agency;
• {obama: ...and FBI, NSA, various other federal investigative arms}
• [g] disseminating information received from officers of the Department of Justice of the United States to subjects of investigations;
• {obama: authorizing, or approving, or knowledge of practically all of Eric Holder's many, many crooked, racist actions} 
• [h] making or causing to be made false or misleading public statements for the purpose of deceiving the people of the United States;
• {obama: Practically every public statement regarding the obfuscations of obamaKare's VAST AND VARIED NEGATIVES}
• [i] endeavouring to cause prospective defendants, and individuals duly tried and convicted, to expect favoured treatment and consideration.
• {obama: actions regarding the Bowe BERGDAHL scam; actions regarding his CUBA stance-failing to demand repatriation of American criminals; actions regarding his communist, socialist, fascist stances}

Article 2: Abuse of Power:

• [a] acted personally and through his subordinates and agents, to obtain from the IRS,  confidential information contained in income tax returns for purposed not authorized by law;
• {obama: using IRS to illegally gather tax-filings, financial information on opponents, on members of 'enemies list;' using IRS to stall 503(c) designations for Tea Party, conservative organizations, and IRS continues to do so TO THIS DAY}
• [b] misused the FBI, the Secret Service, and others, by directing or authorizing such agencies or personnel to conduct or continue electronic surveillance not related to their jobs;
• {obama: See Above}
• [c] acted personally and through his subordinates and agents, authorized and permitted to be maintained a secret investigative unit within the Office of the President;
• {obama: probably, but no concrete evidence}
• [d] failed to take care that the laws were faithfully executed by failing to act when he knew or had reason to know;
• {obama: failing to secure southern border as required by law; failing to enforce IMMIGRATION-INVASION laws}
• [e]   disregarded of the rule of law, he knowingly misused the executive power by interfering with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Criminal Division, and the Office of Watergate Special Prosecution Force, of the Department of Justice, and the Central Intelligence Agency, in violation of his duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed.
• {obama: refused, delayed production of papers, emails in 'Fast and Furious' investigation, in SOLYNDRA Bankruptcy investigation, in IRS investigation, in BENGHAZI investigation among many others}

Article 3: Contempt of Congress:

• [a] has failed without lawful cause or excuse to produce papers and things as directed by duly authorized subpoenas issued by the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives on April 11, 1974, May 15, 1974, May 30, 1974, and June 24, 1974, and willfully disobeyed such subpoenas;
• {obama: See Above}
• [b] interposed the powers of the Presidency against the the lawful subpoenas of the House of Representatives, thereby assuming to himself functions and judgments necessary to the exercise of the sole power of impeachment vested by the Constitution in the House of Representatives.
• {obama: ignored the Congress in placing individuals into positions requiring Senate confirmation without said confirmation while the Senate WAS STILL IN SESSION. Note: Wafflin' Boehner "had no problem with the aforementioned!}

    See what I mean?!?  Compared to obama, President Nixon should be in the Presidential Hall of Fame!!
