Remarks of President Barack Obama as Delivered Weekly Address The White House June 18, 2016 It’s been less than a week since the deadliest mass shooting in American history. And foremost in all of our minds has been the loss and the grief felt by the people of Orlando, especially our friends who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender. I visited with the families of many of the victims on Thursday. [It took me less than a week to co-opt a national tragedy to get some " Chuckie-Cheeze SCHUMER -Like" TV face time, as well as diverting the national discussion 180 degrees to 'gun control!'
