In the 'interest of bipartisanship' (the art of "rolling over, playing dead"), Speaker John Boehner, Rep Paul Ryan, et al, have crafted yet another amnesty bill, blatantly PHONY on it's face! Amnesty No. 5 - Haitian Refugee Immigration Fairness Act Amnesty (HRIFA), 1998
