My Blather On.... Kindle Paperwhite; April 6th

Why Won't It Do....?
    We are both avid readers. 
To that end I bought my wife a Kindle Paperwhite for one of her recent birthdays. 
With 'turnabout' being fair play, she bought me one for my last birthday. 
She doesn't have the problems I have, primarily due to having a better memory than I have.
    Today I have twenty-one books on my Kindle all of which, I've read.. I THINK!  All the books are in two genres, either "hobby/sustainable farming" or military-related novels like those WEB Griffin writes.I recently bought another book... which today, I can't find.  Did I actually buy it?  What was the title?  Dam'd if I know! I kinda think it was a "hobby farming" one.
    When we bought the first Kindle, I asked the 'BestBuy' guy how we deleted the books we'd read.  He said "Not necessary, with the size of the memory you'll never run out of space."  Well, "running out of space" ain't the problem!  In my case at least, I just wanna get rid of those I've read so they don't appear on the home page when I'm looking for the next one to buy/read!
    I can't seem to figure out how to segregate the finished books from the unfinished ones.  I've tried making 'collections,' which worked.... but doesn't work as I need them to.  'Collections' still pop-up when I'm on my home page, and~seemingly, to me at least~there's no way to move said 'collection' to "cloud storage."  I've tried!!
Any help?
Any suggestions?

  Biden's Jis Plain Stoopid     We all remember "Mayor pete," right? I sure as hell do, he impressed me as a lil' twurp with nota helluva lot to say of import.  Now "the big guy" is proving himself dumb enough to appoint lil' petie to the head of the Department of Transportation.     That will put petie incharge of all things airplane, all things trucks, all things highways; all things ocean-going; amongst many, many other things.  Yrs ago, I was a truck driver-in fact I even owned my own tractor [the 'truck' part]-so I kinda know abit from which I speak.     Someone of the LOI crowd is likely to ask lil' petie.....        More Democrat Bullshit :   More proof that Dr Fauci  [er Falsley] enjoyes his political power and being the highest paid official in the federal government... we're likely supposed to keep our masks on in perpetuity!  Texas and Florida have been mask-free for months and Covid infections have been dropping like-a-brick in those two states as well as other states, other areas.      Gas Shortages, Border Surge, Inflation.   This is what one gets when electing a bureaucrat to replace a proven businessman!  One may not have approved PRESIDENT Trump 's decisions, actions, but one should realize that said actions had the country's best interest at heart!!  Nearly every vote cast by SENATOR biden was on the wrong side of history.  Said senator couldn't win a nationwide election by himself so the "fix-was-in."  This is evident with biden leaving his basment once or twice a week to visit his home town or one of the neighboring states/cities.  This while PRESIDE
