Military 'Jargon' Confuses Me
    Are you confused as well.... about Special Forces, Green Berets, Navy SEALs, Army Rangers?  I have a step-son and dear friend~although we rarely see each-other~who EARNED a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star as an Army Ranger during the "Battle of Mogadishu.  It never occurred to me to ask him!!  I was under the impression that the term "Special Forces" was little more than a header and the others fell under that category... Not So!!
    I found an article on Twitter that cleared the whole situation up for me... as the author explained how "Special Forces" respond to- and overcome- adversity:
1.  Prepare, Prepare, Prepare
2.  Creativity Isn't Nice It's Essential
3.  Cooperate and Negotiate
4.  Be A Teacher
5.  Be Motivated--Then Make A Plan
Read the entire article then try to say "you got it tough!!!" 
That's all I got.

  Biden's Jis Plain Stoopid     We all remember "Mayor pete," right? I sure as hell do, he impressed me as a lil' twurp with nota helluva lot to say of import.  Now "the big guy" is proving himself dumb enough to appoint lil' petie to the head of the Department of Transportation.     That will put petie incharge of all things airplane, all things trucks, all things highways; all things ocean-going; amongst many, many other things.  Yrs ago, I was a truck driver-in fact I even owned my own tractor [the 'truck' part]-so I kinda know abit from which I speak.     Someone of the LOI crowd is likely to ask lil' petie..... "What's the biggest problem facing the truck driver today?" This'n'That; June 20th; Military Budget UNFAIR to Troops

Why Must Military SUFFER For Defending Us/US?!?     I've not been fond of the Congress~ of either political party ~particularly in the way each treats our military men, women and their families... mostly like SHIT !  One can easily research the pay, perks, allowances and SCAMS allowed for the congress, the various branches of government and the various departments of said branches.  They~ federal appointed and, or elected workers ~certainly do not suffer at the will of someone they have little knowledge of, determining the value of everything from Valor, Bravery, Devotion, Determination, Tenacity, to just-plain ' performance-of-duty !'  There have been several~ maybe many ~gaps in the advances of military pay and allowances to keep up with inflation [ prior to the raise in 1963, the last raise was in JUNE, 1958 !  How many of these ' congressional SHITBAGS ' would'a stood for no pay raise FOR FIVE YEARS ?]     Those of the federal governm...
