Current Congress Populated With Crooks!
    Since almost forever, people like me have complained about the lack of trust, honesty, ethics, integrity and yes.... Meaningful Legislation in the United States Congress.  For far too long, said body has become a career-haven for those desiring to enhance their wealth and influence.  Was it~in the beginning~that politicians coming to the nation's capitol to "do the peoples' work," at times traveling and living at their own expense.  After a term or two, going home to resume their careers or retirement.  Not today...!
    A media ad for one wealth/asset management company I've heard says today's Congresspersons work but 129 days a year!  Imagine that!!  And they 'graciously' perform their duties for the princely sum of $174,000 per annum... exclusive of the many, many, highly-valuable perks that come with their 'thrones-of-excess.'
   In all fairness (ours rather than theirs) we should "do the math" on this one:
  • There are 50 weeks in the year, allowing for a two-week vacation,
  • There are 250 workdays in the year,
  • There are 2,000 work-hours (40 X 50) in the year,
Congressional base-pay of $174,000 divided 250 workdays; divided by 2,000 work-hours:
  • =(workdays) $696, per...
  • =(work-hours) $87.00 per...
This would only apply IF the Congresspersons showed up for work EVERY DAY, and would only apply IF the Congresspersons stayed on the job for the normal, full 8 hours each day!
But, in all actuality, these weasels~if the aforementioned ad is true~only work 129 days, with an average of 4 to 6 hours per day.  Said weasels are actually taking home...:
  • (workdays) just under $1,349, per...
  • (work-hours) from $337.25 (4-hours/day) down to $224.84 (6-hours/day), per...
With all the PAID-TIME-OFF, these Congressional MISCREANTS earn the equivalent of:
  • (annual) $337,250 ($1349 X 250days),
  • (workdays) $2,614 ($337,250 ./. 129) per...
  • (work-hours) $653.50 (4-hours/day) down to $435.67 (6 hours/day) per...
    When all this minutiae is considered, each federal miscreant's annual wages should be based on actualities, rather than just annual pay.  Do you~as a middleclasser who still has a job~earn your wages EVEN IF YOU DON'T SHOW?!?  I thought not!!  We should demand that each federal miscreant be paid what they actually earn, like...
$89,784, which is $696 for each of 129 actual workdays!!
This plan would result in an $84,216 saving on each of 535 Congressional miscreants.  Thus~just for Congress~the resultant savings would be $45,055,560, EACH YEAR!!  To carry the minutiae to a ridiculous point... in just six years (one term for each senator; three terms for each representative-but you already knew that!) the savings would be a staggering $270,333,360!!
Ya gotta admit.... even the top miscreants "Pinky" Reid, "Fancy-Nancy" Pelosi and the "ever-cryin'" John Boehner would think we're "talkin' real money, here!!"

  Biden's Jis Plain Stoopid     We all remember "Mayor pete," right? This'n'That; June 20th; Military Budget UNFAIR to Troops

Why Must Military SUFFER For Defending Us/US?!?     I've not been fond of the Congress~ of either political party ~particularly in the way each treats our military men, women and their families... mostly like SHIT !  One can easily research the pay, perks, allowances and SCAMS allowed for the congress, the various branches of government and the various departments of said branches.  They~ federal appointed and, or elected workers ~certainly do not suffer at the will of someone they have little knowledge of, determining the value of everything from Valor, Bravery, Devotion, Determination, Tenacity, to just-plain ' performance-of-duty !'  There have been several~ maybe many ~gaps in the advances of military pay and allowances to keep up with inflation [ prior to the raise in 1963, the last raise was in JUNE, 1958 !  How many of these ' congressional SHITBAGS ' would'a stood for no pay raise FOR FIVE YEARS ?]     Those of the federal governm...
